Shipping Policy

With our policy, We currently ship Artwork throughout the USA only. Some of the art can be shipped without the frame for cheaper shipping rates. Some art prints and apparel could be shipped internationally,please check at checkout since on demand orders would be shipped from our provider at Printify.

SHIPPING TIMES:  Shipping times are typically 3-5 business days once an order ships from our provider at Printify. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order ships that will include your tracking information.

We use United States Postal service,UPS and FedEx to ship orders. Packages shipped using United States Postal service,UPS and FedEx,DHL are trackable and insured. For our prints and apparel, we use Printify provider for our shipping.  Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses and Internationally.

We Offer the Following Shipping Services of original artwork to 

  • 48 Contiguous United States UPS: Freight, 2nd Day Air, and Ground

  • Hawaii and Alaska : Not available for shipping Artwork at the moment.

Return & Exchange Policy


Artwork sales at Lucpanna.com are final. Most apparel and other items I sell are collectible,made in special edition and limited runs and are hand-crafted or painted.

However, if your merchandise has a significate defect right out the box(e.g., the product is broken,has missing parts or damaged,etc.) I'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. All Art,Prints and Apparel sales are final.
